Matcha Green Tea Latte
Matcha is the powdered leaves from green tea. It will give you a burst of energy without the overload on caffeine. With more anti-oxidants than regular green tea, this latte will improve your immunity and will reduce inflammation.

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ tsp matcha powder
Heat the almond milk in a saucepan. Put the matcha powder in a mug. Then pour about ¼ cup almond milk into the mug. Stir the mixture vigorously until it is frothy. Then add in the rest of the almond milk.
