Ingredients

Cooking spray
1 cup chopped broccoli
2 large eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
2 slices rye bread, toasted

Preparation
Heat a skillet over a medium heat. Coat the skillet with cooking spray. Put the broccoli in and cook for about 3 minutes. Mix the egg, feta, and dill in a small bowl. Then add this egg mixture to the skillet. Now cook for about 3 to 4 minutes. Then flip the omelet and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve the omelet with toast.
